A 50% deposit reserves your start date and is nonrefundable once work begins. The balance is due at final approval - before the site launches, transfers, or connects to your live domain.

Core project terms
These summaries cover payment, ownership, client responsibilities, revisions, hosting, cancellation, and liability. The signed PDF contains the complete terms.
Ownership
Paid in full means the final text and custom design are yours. We keep our reusable tools, templates, and methods. The logos, images, and copy you supply stay yours.
What we need from you
Content, images, logins, and feedback within five business days keep the schedule honest. Thirty days of silence pauses the project until you are ready to resume.
Revisions and extra work
A revision round is one organized list of changes to the agreed design. New pages, features, or a new direction are quoted first and approved by you in writing.
Hosting and upkeep
Hosting, domains, premium software, and maintenance are separate unless listed as approved extras. After the included support window you manage accounts and renewals, or ask us to handle them.
Valhalla Visual
Included with Business and Premium, or a $250 license on other packages. It runs only on websites we build, and fixing problems caused by your own edits is billed separately.
Cancellation
Either side can cancel in writing. After work begins the deposit stays with us, and approved work beyond it is billed. If we cannot finish, you are refunded for work not performed.
Honest expectations
We work with reasonable care but cannot promise specific search rankings, traffic, or sales. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project, where the law allows.

The concept credit
A $50 concept is one preliminary visual direction. Sign a website service agreement within 30 calendar days and the fee is credited toward the project. Otherwise it is nonrefundable.
The editor license
The $250 Valhalla Visual license covers every compatible site we build for you, with no recurring fee. Business and Premium packages already include access.
